Principal's Background
H. Wayne Sanderson has provided numerous consulting services to businesses and nonprofit
organizations in Texas, Montana, Utah and New Mexico since 1997, as detailed in the
News and Services page of this web site.
Prior to that, he accumulated over 30 years of business management experience serving as
a consultant to, or in senior management positions with, public and private companies.
He has been involved in electronic product design and manufacturing, wholesale distribution
of industrial electronic components and systems, computer software manufacturing
and consulting and consumer product sales.
He has served as a corporate secretary and a member of the boards of directors of
several public and private companies and nonprofit organizations in the North Texas area.
He has been a member of several Rotary Clubs and currently serves as president of the
Mineral Wells Rotary Club.
Mr. Sanderson was born in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from Arlington
State College (now the University of Texas at Arlington) with a B.S. degree in electrical
engineering. He has also completed several courses in engineering and mathematics at the
University of Texas in Austin, Texas, and several postgraduate courses in mathematics at
Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
During his two years of active duty in the U. S. Army, he served as battalion communications
and radar officer with the 2nd Target Acquistion Battalion, 26th Field Artillery, at Fort Bragg,
North Carolina, followed by four years of service with a U.S. Army Reserve unit
(Quartermaster Corps) in Fort Worth and two years of inactive reserve duty, achieving the
rank of Captain, USAR.
