Wayne Sanderson has provided numerous consulting services to businesses and nonprofit<br> organizations in Texas, Montana, Utah and New Mexico since 1997, as detailed in the<br> News and Services page of this web site.<br> <br> Prior to that, he accumulated over 30 years of business management experience serving as<br> a consultant to, or in senior management positions with, public and private companies. </div> <div></div> <div></div> <bR> <div>He has been involved in electronic product design and manufacturing, wholesale distribution<br> of industrial electronic components and systems, computer software manufacturing <br> and consulting and consumer product sales.</div> <div></div> <div></div> <div></div> <bR> <div> He has served as a corporate secretary and a member of the boards of directors of</div> <div> several public and private companies and nonprofit organizations in the North Texas area.<br> He has been a member of several Rotary Clubs and currently serves as president of the<br> Mineral Wells Rotary Club. </div> <bR> <div> Mr. Sanderson was born in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from Arlington</div> <div> State College (now the University of Texas at Arlington) with a B.S. degree in electrical</div> <div> engineering.  He has also completed several courses in engineering and mathematics at the</div> <div>University of Texas in Austin, Texas, and several postgraduate courses in mathematics at<br> Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.</div> <div></div> <bR> <div>During his two years of active duty in the U. S.
